What exactly is a tree topper?
A tree topper is a decorative piece placed at the very top of your Christmas tree.
My toppers are handcrafted illustrations on wood — gentle guardians meant to bring warmth, intention, and natural beauty to your festive season.
How are the tree toppers made?
Each topper is:
• hand-drawn and painted
• crafted on sustainably sourced wood
• sealed with a protective varnish
• assembled and finished in small batches
Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in color and texture make each topper truly unique.
Are the toppers limited?
Yes.
Each design is created in a small, limited run.
Once this batch is sold out, it will not be restocked. Pre-ordering ensures you receive one from the current handmade series.
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders will be shipped by 15th December latest.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Can I use the tree topper outdoors?
The toppers are primarily made for indoor use.
However, you can use them outdoors if you reapply a protective wood varnish from time to time and avoid long exposure to heavy rain or snow.
How do I care for my tree topper?
• Keep it in a dry place when not in use
• Avoid exposing it to direct moisture
• For outdoor use, apply a fresh layer of clear wood varnish each season
Proper care will help your topper stay beautiful for many years.
How do I attach the topper to my tree?
Each topper comes with a simple attachment system that allows it to sit securely at the top of your tree.
You can also use wire, string, or a clip for additional stability if your tree is particularly tall or full.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — international shipping is available.
Shipping time varies depending on your location. All rates are shown at checkout.
Are the toppers eco-friendly?
Yes.
The toppers are made from natural wood, not plastic, and finished with environmentally conscious materials. The goal of this collection is to offer a meaningful, sustainable alternative to mass-produced holiday decor.
Can I return my order?
Because each piece is handmade to order, returns are accepted only in case of damage during shipping.
If something arrives broken, please contact me within 7 days — I will take care of you.

Processing Time
All orders are prepared and shipped from Latvia. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Pre-ordered items may vary from the usual processing time.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and shipping method. Delivery times vary by location and the carrier’s service.
Please note that delays may occur due to customs, weather, or postal service issues.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
EU Orders
All orders shipped within the European Union are duty-free, and no customs charges apply.
International Orders (UK, US, CA, AU, NZ, etc.)
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, or customs handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
The customer is fully responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country’s customs authorities.
If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. I cannot replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item.
If a package is lost, I will help contact the carrier, but responsibility ultimately depends on the carrier’s policies.
Return Eligibility
Due to the small-scale and handmade nature of my work, I can only accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns for reasons such as “changed my mind” or “did not want to pay customs fees” are not accepted.
Return Process
If you need to request a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Once approved, I will provide return instructions.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on my part.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and authenticity of my artwork, some items may not be returnable, such as:
